A keynote speaker addressing a packed room at a corporate event

Elite Speaker Management

Business experts who actually change what happens Monday morning.

The Gap

Almost two decades of keynotes. Not one of them changed my Monday.

Elite Speaker Management came out of a gap I lived through for almost twenty years in corporate sales. I sat through hundreds of keynotes. I was entertained. Sometimes I was even inspired. Not one of them ever changed what I did on Monday morning.

Nothing I was ever handed in that ballroom grew my book of business or changed how my company actually worked. It was entertainment, at best, and I know exactly what that cost me.

There’s no time left for that. Business moves too fast now for fluff.

So I built this roster on the opposite premise. Business experts first, speakers second.

The Thesis

Business first. Speaker second.

Every speaker on this roster ran the department before they ever talked about it from a stage. They didn’t study sales, they carried a number. They didn’t study leadership, they led through a merger, a layoff, a rebuild. They didn’t study change, they were the ones who had to make it happen by Monday morning.

That’s the bar. Not fifteen years ago. Now. Every speaker here is still an active practitioner, still leading in the field they speak about, not a former operator living off a résumé from a decade back.

No Fluff

We’re not the room’s entertainment. We’re the reason Monday looks different.

You already know the type we’re not. The psychologist who’s fascinating on the topic of business but has never run one. The professional speaker whose best material is a decade old. The keynote that gets a standing ovation and changes nothing.

Every speaker in Elite Speaker Management has spent this bar on their career, not their calendar: real, current, still-in-it experience leading through exactly what your room is dealing with. Sales. Leadership. Change. Mergers. The stuff you can’t fake because you have to have lived it to say it right.

If you’re spending your sales kickoff, your annual meeting, or your regional training budget on something that has to land, this is who it’s for.

The Bar

Every speaker on this roster is vetted. None of them apply their way in without clearing this bar.

  • 15+ years of real experience in the field they speak about
  • Still an active practitioner and leader in that field today, not a decade removed from it
  • A track record of measurable, named business outcomes, not just stage credits
  • A professional presence (website, materials, reel) that matches the standard we hold on stage
  • A back end for the room after the keynote ends: workshops, coaching, or a program that carries the work past the ballroom

How It Works

We bring you the exact message that changes what they do Monday morning.

Every booking starts the same way. You tell us what’s actually happening in the room, not just the topic on the agenda. We match you with the speaker who’s lived that exact problem, not the one who’s available that week.
